Terms and Conditions of Use of Courts

Welcome to Reset Social Club S.A.S. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use our services.

All bookings must be made through our official platform (EasyCancha or designated channel).

Payment must be completed before using the court. Post-use payments are not accepted unless explicitly agreed.

Bookings are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise authorized.

Cancellations must be made at least 6 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full amount will be charged.

A 10-minute grace period applies. After this time, the club reserves the right to release the court without refund.

Users must protect the condition of the court, avoiding inappropriate footwear or damaging behavior.

Alcohol or drug use is strictly prohibited during court time.

Disrespectful or aggressive behavior towards players, instructors, or staff may result in access suspension.

Reset Social Club is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses during court use.

Users declare they are physically fit to engage in sports and release the club from any medical liability.

Protective gear is strongly recommended based on the activity.

When booking a class or tournament, additional rules shared by the instructor or organizer will apply.

Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

By entering the premises, users authorize the use of their image for promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Medellín, Antioquia.
